After a wonderfully successful Winter Farmers Market it is time
to begin the Saline Summer Farmers Market this Saturday, May 5 from 8am-noon
Downtown on S. Ann Arbor Street . Warm weather is predicted and our vendors are
ready to more out doors again with lots of flowers, plants, hanging baskets, shrubs,
herb and vegetables plants, perennials, annuals, spring produce as well as
produce grown in hoop houses including asparagus, rhubarb, greens, lettuce and
much more. The market will also have
delicious baked goods, eggs, coffee, cheese, meat, apples, apple cider as well
as hand-crafted items. The Saline Farmers Market offers so much to choose from all
season long helping all of us eat healthy, delicious local food.
We will begin accepting the Bridge Card some time in May. Watch our Facebook page and website for more details.
