Saline Winter Farmers Market has over 20 vendors with so much to choose from. Stop by!

More and more veggies are showing up on our vendor tables including salad greens, kale, chard, carrots, onions, leeks, potatoes, garlic, spinach, cabbage and more. We still have apples and yummy cider.
Baked goods are plentiful too with a wide variety of breads, cookies, brownies, sweet rolls, granola and more.  If you love chocolate you will find bars and other yummy items.  Other staples include eggs, coffee, honey, maple syrup, tea, meat, and spice rubs.  Look for the delicious spiced nuts. Two of our vendors have local fresh cheese.
Don't be surprised if you smell freshly popped popcorn when you walk in.  You can also take the special popcorn home to pop yourself.
Specialty items include handmade soaps and lotions, beautiful jewelry, hand crafted wood bowls and pens, Alpaca yarn in beautiful colors, handmade socks and scarves, and so much more.  We even have houseplants and one vendor had basil plants for spring planting.
Even though we call our market the Winter Farmers Market it seems more like a spring market at this point because the weather has been so warm.  Our Winter Farmers Market is open from 9am-noon every Saturday and is located at Liberty School, 7265 Saline Ann Arbor Rd. and will end April 28. After that the Saline Summer Farmers Market will begin on May 5 from 8am-noon and is located in parking lot #4 on S. Ann Arbor St in downtown Saline.  It's great having a year round market.
It has been wonderful and warm having our Saline Winter Farmers Market indoors. There have been other events at Liberty School which has added to the success of the Market.
We welcome your comments on what you like about our Farmers Market and your ideas of how to make it better.
