Tuesday Farmers Market Begins June 5th

The mid-week market begins this Tuesday, June 5th from 3pm-7pm and runs through September 25th at the Saline District Library, 555 N. Maple Road, ½ mile north of Michigan Ave. with plenty of convenient parking.

Many of our customers have been waiting for the opening and have told us that they look forward to being able to shop in the afternoon on their way home from work or just because it is a very convenient time for them.

The market has so much to choose from including flowers, plants, hanging baskets, annuals, perennials and vegetable and herb plants.  Baked goods will be plentiful as well as eggs, meat, maple syrup, jams, and grilling rubs.  We have an assortment of Spring produce and fruit and as the market continues we will have an awesome abundance of veggies and fruit.

Hand-crafted items will include soaps, lotions, wood-crafted items, beautiful jewelry, candles, yard art, bird feeders and houses and much more.

For more information call Nancy Crisp, Market Manager at 734 429-3518 or email salinefarmersmarket@comcast.net or visit our website at  cityofsaline.org/farmersmarket.
